Mission Impossible Group Facility Services employs a dedicated team of cleaning staff, who are police cleared and fully trained in all aspects of cleaning Service.
Our team members are carefully selected and must attend a thorough induction course and receive extensive training prior to commencement of employment. Their performance is also constantly monitored to ensure they meet the high cleaning standards required by our clients.
Training
As part of our ongoing commitment to training and development all personnel are required to undertake a through induction course and attend regular ongoing training workshops. This constant training regime develops, reinforces and maintains our culture of services to customers.
Safety
Management understands the importance of developing and maintaining safe working conditions in all MI Group Facility Services work places and the importance of keeping the safety standards at the these work places under constant review. We strive to improve the standards of health and safety in all our workplaces and will regard existing standards, regulations and codes of practice as the minimum acceptable levels.
